Life's a Hustle, All Right

Right about now, the Johnson County DA is looking into any cash advance from those stolen numbers...

Wow.

OPS says: Do we have more? Jesus yes, we have more. Fellow "City Boyz, Inc" and legal menace Arvell Nelson is (of course) involved. Seriously.

This is what a month's rent looks like.

Two months.

That's Arvell in the middle. Not in the lower left corner. In the middle.

The rest of the pictures are presented without comment, because really, fuck it.

Okay, one comment:
Why do they need $2500 in loose cash? Because fuck you, that's why!

Shit, I think I've been in NYC too long. Who knew the top floor of Currier would be so swanky?

(Don't think I wouldn't recognize that shit)

Douglas could have seen so much more cash if he had just played the game. What makes college athletes with big league potential think they can get away with this sort of thing?

JHC said...

Because they get away with it every day on campuses all across the country. Thing is, it's not just athletes, this shit happens in every dorm.
Why can't they just be satisfied when they have enough monkey lettuce to go get a bottle of Boone's?
Sad.

Oh, dmbmeg, you've been gone too long. Everyone knows the underclassmen in athletics are in Hillcrest. Just look at that outward curve in the hallway wall in the next-to-last picture.

Amateur.

The weird wall seam is unmistakable. Hillcrest it is.

That is totally Hillcrest but I thought most of the ballers lived in Slater

I don't know whats more ridiculous, that they posted the pictures or that they bought a Dale Jr. Jacket.

The NASCAR jacket and the red bandana are gang signs. The different race teams are code for different gangs.

Those watches may be expensive, but they sure are ugly.

This has to earn extra Fulmer Cup points for stupidity.

You know, back in the 1980's, Oklahoma would've thought this was a little bland.

This is EXCELLENT JOURNALISM. I like it.

You don't know how hard it was for us to post this. This is not why we started this thing. Sadly, if we're going to spend all season taking shots at everyone else, we had to discipline our own guys with the same firm hand.
Stupidity like this comes along once a generation, if you're a Hawkeye, so we had to embrace it.
Thankfully, football starts soon and we can talk about that.

Adam J said...

yeah, we actually sat on these pictures for a while-- they've been out there since the day of the arrest.

but for crying out loud, they're priceless.

You did the right thing. This is what blogs are for.

You can never go wrong with a Glengarry quote, even if it's from the movie, not the play.

Currier has the wall seam too and the angles. And the same mirror and sink, which is what originally threw me off.

I stand corrected.

I never went to Hillcrest. Most of my drunken hookups were limited to Burge and Currier. Oh, romance.

But seriously guys. Way to go with all the cash.

Too bad Dolls isn't around anymore. I would have loved to see our guys "Make it Rain" like the big boys.

Don't feel bad about posting them. Heck, I don't think anyone is harder on PSU than us PSU bloggers. Plus being critical of your own team gives you street cred in the blogosphere.

Currier has the wall seams, as well, but they don't have the weird OUTWARD wall seam. Then again, it's been a while since I inhabited N117 plus 4 pennies (Chronic 2001 was big then, if you need a frame of reference).

add that shit up.
